Corporate Arrangements
Izinga Phase 1 MA [Iz(1)MA], Izinga Phase 2 MA [Iz(2)MA], Izinga Phase 3 MA [Iz(3)MA], Izinga Phase 4 [Iz(4)MA] & Izinga Eco Estate & Izinga Park (and subsequent future Phase MA’s) are members of the “umbrella” Management Association known as Izinga Estate Management Association [IzEMA] to which the members pay a portion of its levies. IzEMA is responsible for the amenities that in due course will be common to all phases in Izinga. (E.g. public road reserve landscaping, open space management, security and building design code). The members are responsible for amenities specific to their specific phase of the Izinga development (E.g. private roads, road reserve, landscaping in cul-de-sacs and plan scrutiny and enhanced security to cul-de-sac areas as owners see fit).
