This is a project that was decided many years ago and did not get off the ground. However recent development has seen the building plans being approved and construction work is due to start shortly and be concluded by end of the year 2020. The project entails the building of a long awaited ablution block for contractors and a storeroom for technical equipment. This will also include a compulsory enclosure for the installed emergency generator .
