Inclusionary Housing Units

An explanation of the Inclusionary Housing Unit as set out in the Sale Documents is as per below:

“INCLUSIONARY HOUSING”
Means demarcated immovable property within the DEVELOPMENT which will be reserved for occupation and/or ownership by persons of a restricted income, as adjusted from time to time by the SELLER;

“INCLUSIONARY HOUSING UNIT”
Means a self-contained dwelling restricted to a maximum size of 80 (eighty) square metres, which consists of at least a kitchen, toilet, shower and living area with a total extent of not less than 30 (thirty) square metres which will be reserved for occupation and/or ownership by persons of a restricted income, as adjusted from time to time by the SELLER and/or the Local Authority.
