There has been a call from residents to create more recreation facilities within Izinga Estate where children and residents can enjoy themselves. Certain residents have been hard at work seeking to find space where a mini sports facility with a small soccer field, netball and basketball hoops and volleyball can be developed. After many ideas and many hours of finding the correct area it was finally decided to place the mini facility within the Amphitheatre adjacent to where the Izinga Estate residents’ functions take place. This project should be concluded by the end of September 2020 and will hopefully bring many hours of enjoyment to residents.
